Why is my order delivered to a relay point?Updated 7 months ago

Ordering from a relay point is the first option offered at checkout, and is selected in advance as the most economical. For orders under €40, it costs €4.99, and for orders over €40, it's free.  

If you leave the "Colissimo - Point Relais (to be selected after payment)" box unchecked, your order will automatically be sent to a Point Relais, even if you have entered your home address in the "Ship to" box.  

The Point Relais to which your order has been delivered is the nearest available Point Relais to the address you previously entered.
